 Apples: These fall classics are loaded with age-fighting antioxidants. That includes flavonoids in apple skin, so make sure to eat the whole fruit. Apples are also a great source of fiber, with four grams per serving. 

Brussels Sprouts: Just a half-cup of Brussels sprouts delivers more than your daily allowance of Vitamin K, in addition to a healthy dose of folate and iron.
