Summary: The Inside Sales position is responsible fordeveloping new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Actifirm products.

Qualification Requirements include but are not limited to:

  1. Ability to read, interpret and write in English.
  2. The position preferably needs to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the personal care and cosmetic field
  3. Possess good communication skills and enjoy working in a setting where it is recognized that achieving success comes as a result of teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide support to external sales force and sales partners
  2. Assist in preparation and providing sales collaterals and certain marketing efforts
  3. Answer customer calls and up sell when taking orders
  4. Enter orders into system
  5. Address customer inquiries
  6. Send out samples and literature to new customers
  7. Contact new customers and follow up regarding satisfaction.
  8. Address any inquiries that come through the info box via email
  9. File orders and customers’ info as necessary
  10. Enter in new “CC on File” in Platinum and change customer terms after customer fills out proper paperwork
  11. Retrieve messages from Actifirm voicemail
  12. Manage backorders for completion
  13. Schedule promotions and promotional orders
  14. Participate in Actifirm social media efforts
  15. Manage daily sales report
  16. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Education/Experience – . Minimum of an associate’s degree or its equivalent with 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Language Ability – Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as brochures, sales orders, and email communication. Ability to write correspondence in English.
  • Math Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel; social media
  • Certificates and Licenses - No certifications needed.
  • Work Environment – The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
