If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one pursuant to the terms of our return policy.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. We try to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. If you have a problem with any of our products and you need to return or exchange product(s), please email us at email@example.com. Please give us your name, date of your purchase and reason for return to receive return or refund authorization per our policies below.
- Products must have been purchased directly from Actifirm website or orders called in directly to Actifirm. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from third party outlets. Please return those to the location where you originally purchased them, whether it is a spa, doctor’s office or day spa.
- Products purchased directly from Actifirm must be returned within 30 days from day you received your order. You must return the unused product to us and indicate whether you want a replacement or refund (if available per our policies). Once we receive your return, and if you request and are eligible for a refund, then a full refund to your credit card will be refunded for the price of the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
- For any requests made after 31 and before 60 days from your receipt of your product, you will be issued in-house credit and not a refund.
- We cannot accept any returns or exchanges or give any refunds on products after 60 days of your receipt of order.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been overly used.
- Items to be returned for a full refund of the price of the products(s) or exchanged for another product must include your receipt or packing slip inside the package, and the product itself.
- Return the product via UPS, US Mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. (Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service).
Orders with Missing Items or Damaged in Transit: If you receive an order that has a shipment discrepancy or carrier damage, please call or email us at 866-411-7600 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery so we can begin processing a claim with that carrier. Any refund or replacement will be processed following inspection of the product(s).
