I recently purchased several Actifirm products after hearing great things about the line. So far I really like what I’ve tried, but I have to say I am really frustrated and disappointed with the packaging, specifically the pump. After only a couple of uses I was unable to get anything out of my “40 Winks” bottle. There was plenty of product inside, but the pump didn’t seem to work. Every night I would fiddle with it, trying to get it to work but I have now resorted to using a Q-Tip to get a little out each night. Given how much these products cost I would expect the packaging to be easy to use and I’m angry that I feel like I’m wasting the product by having to use a Q-Tip. — Laurel Glidden
